03What Stays on Your Device

The wheel tool saves your work in your browser’s local storage, not on our servers. This includes:

• Your wheels and their entries (up to 50 wheels in My wheels)
• Pictures you add to slices
• Results, tallies, and your settings such as theme and sound

We never receive a copy of this data. It stays on your device until you delete it or clear your browser data. If you create a share link, your list is stored inside the link itself, so anyone with the link can see those entries. Only share links with people who may see them.

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and see which pages and features are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location. We use these reports only in summary form to improve SpinoraWheel.

10Children’s Privacy

SpinoraWheel is a general audience website. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Teachers often use the wheel in class. In that case, the teacher runs the tool, and student names typed into a wheel stay in the teacher’s own browser. We never receive them.

If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

11How Long We Keep Data

• Your wheels: on your device until you delete them. We never hold them.
• Analytics data: kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, then deleted automatically.
• Advertising data: kept by Google and other ad partners under their own policies.
• Emails: kept only as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.

12International Transfers

Our partners, such as Google, may process data in the United States and other countries. These partners use legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect data that is transferred internationally.

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Because the wheel saves your lists in your own browser, your entries are not exposed on our servers. Still, no method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure. Keep your device and browser up to date.
